I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy – integrating therapies (such as solution-focused and cognitive behavioural therapy) together – so that you receive the therapy service best suited to you – depending on your situation. We know you may be experiencing feelings and emotions which have been hidden, suppressed, denied, or even unrecognised. These feelings need to be expressed and managed with sensitivity and respect. We will ensure you feel safe to be able to express your private thoughts and experiences in a professional and confidential environment.
