Prostate Cancer and Sexuality

Treatment for prostate cancer can affect your sex life. During and following treatment men may have less interest in, or desire for sex. Men also can experience erection difficulties. Men may also experience a change in the way they look at their bodies and/or genitals.Sex therapy can help you achieve a better understanding of sexuality following sex therapy. In some cases, you may be referred to a General Practitioner or even a Physiotherapist to assist you in achieving a healthy normal sexuality after prostate cancer.

If you have any questions or would like to an appointment to discuss these issues contact Dr Christopher.
