Yulia Dziubinski is a psychosexual therapist and social worker. She completed her Master of Science in Medicine. Specifically specialising in psychosexual therapy through the Postgraduate program in Sexual and reproductive Health at the University Sydney. She has also attained honours in her Bachelor of Social Work. Additionally she completed a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Since then Yulia is also a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). As well as the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS).
Yulia works with individuals and relationships to achieve the sexual wellbeing. She specialises in out-of-control sexual behaviours (like porn addiction & sex addiction) and problematic sexual behaviours. She can also assist people with a history of sexual trauma. Yulia works with penis-owners with issues like rapid ejaculation (premature ejaculation), erectile issues (erectile dysfunction) and delayed ejaculation. She also works with vulva-owners who experience sexual pain from genito-pelvic pain penetration disorder (GPPPD), vaginismus, dyspareunia and anorgasmia/orgasmic difficulties.
Yulia embraces a sex-positive approach and is queer-friendly and experienced in working with the LGBTQIA+/Queer community. She is kink-friendly with experience working with paraphilias. Yulia also has experience supporting polyamorous relationships (poly-relationships). She assists people in relationships develop tools and strategies to manage mixed desires/mismatched libido. Yulia can also assist people with relationship enhancement to develop deeper connections.

Yulia can support clients with mental health concerns including burn out, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, body image and self-confidence, stress, and trauma.

She draws on evidence-based practice and best practice standards to assist clients to develop tools and strategies to maintain optimum wellbeing. She utilises an eclectic, holistic, and person-centred approach to her practise, collaborating with clients to understand their sexual and mental health goals. Yulia adapts her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client and strives to empower clients by focusing on and enhancing their strengths.

Yulia integrates psycho-education, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) into her practice. She is also completing Gottman Couples Therapy training to further develop her expertise in supporting polyamorous and monogamous relationships.
