Luigi Romanelli is a Psychosexual Therapist, Social Worker and Hypnotherapist with 18 years of clinical experience. He completed his Masters of Social Work at Flinders University. Followed by his hypnotherapy training in 2005 and then his postgraduate studies in counselling and psychotherapy in 2006.
Luigi works with people of all ages including children and adolescents, young adults, and older adults. He is queer-friendly/LGBTIQA+ friendly, with extensive experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Luigi is fluent in Italian. Luigi Romanelli specialises in psychosexual therapy with men and penis owners on sexual function challenges. He works with erectile function/dysfunction, ejaculatory control issues like rapid ejaculation or premature ejaculation, and delayed ejaculation, as well as out-of-control sexual behaviours (sex addiction and porn addiction). Luigi provides general counselling and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, pain management, and trauma.
Through an evidence-based approach and his extensive knowledge of human sexuality, Lugii provides a client-centred approach. He utilises mindfulness and other modalities to support his clients. These modalities include clinical hypnotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). His compassionate and empathic approach assists in establishing strong therapeutic relationships with his clients.
